Ramcat Broadheads

Bow or Crossbow...Every archery hunter should make the switch!

Real talk? As a hunter there are two things I look for in a broadhead: Accurate and Tough. Spare me all of the rest. I need to know that the broadhead I’m shooting is going to finish the job that I started – Ramcat broadheads do that. Pivoting, fixed blade or mechanical? Deep Six or standard? It doesn’t matter, Ramcat makes it. Quick Tip: Be sure to match your broadhead to your specific hunting needs.

Airfoil Scoop

It’s all about the scoop. Deep lobes carved on the tip create an airfoil that cuts the wind plane and provides field point accuracy.

02

Back Cut

The reality is not every shot can be a full pass-through. To maximize damage each blade is sharpened on the leading edge and the back edge so that in the event of a no pass-through the broadhead is still hard at work.

03

Pivoting Broadhead

Pivoting Broadheads aren’t fixed, but they’re not mechanical. So what do they do? The blades pivot as needed when they contact bone which keeps the broadhead driving forward as much as possible.

04

Cut Diameter

Cut Diameter is important because the larger the cut the quicker the blood loss. At 1-3/8″ the Hydroshock provides plenty of damage to get the job done quickly.

01

Piston Driven

Mechanical broadheads open in all kinds of different ways, but none of those methods truly force the blades to deploy; except a piston driven system. Upon impact, the tip travels rearward which drives the piston and deploys the blades at precisely the right time.

02

Plunger System

After the piston system deploys the blades, the Posi-Lock plunger system will engage. This system guarantees that your blades remain deployed at the max cutting diameter through the rest of the job. It’s straight foolproof.

03

Cut Diameter

The Cage Ripper comes in at a 2-inch cutting diameter. Most expandable’s will slap open upon impact and as they meet resistance their cutting diameter compacts and shrinks. Not the Cage Ripper. It remains at a full 2 inches through its entire workload.

04

Hardened Stainless

If there’s one thing building a broadhead out of hardened stainless means its this : the Cage Ripper is one damn tough piece of archery equipment. Its entire construction was purpose built to take a beating and beat back.
